Feeling anxious, fearful, or depressed might be part of the new normal—but it doesn’t have to be.

While these feelings may be a typical short-lived response to an unexpected or difficult situation, that doesn’t mean we have to live with them all the time.

There are many things we can do to find relief, such as journaling, exercising, meditating, and spending time in nature.

Of course, we can’t do these things 24 hours a day. But we can get ongoing support from healing gemstones any time we need it, no matter what we’re doing.

This is one reason I turn to my gemstones when I’m not feeling like myself.

I am always curious about the correlation between energetic anomalies that I find when evaluating the chakras and real-life symptoms that people have. In the case of profound sadness and depression, I’ve found a clear correlation. The anomaly involved is located between the base of a chakra on the skin and its intelligence center, which is located inside the body—technically, inside the central chakra channel.
