Your initial consultation with our Diamond Concierge is your opportunity to intuitively connect with your prospective new stone.
You’ll also get to experience Diamonds of various qualities so that you can determine your Diamond’s preferred color, clarity, and size within your budget parameters.
- When we find your TheraDiamond and you agree to it, you’ll pay the remainder of the invoice prior to shipping. Your Diamond should be ready to ship within a week to ten days, unless you’d like to have it mounted in a ring.
- If we are unable to locate a Diamond with your requested parameters, you can connect with our Diamond Concierge to experience other new stones. It’s possible that another stone might fit you perfectly.
- In the event that we are simply unable to locate your ideal Therapy Diamond at this time, you have two options. We can refund your entire deposit, or you can keep your deposit with us to hold your place in line. Individuals in the front of the line are offered priority access to new inventory, including the rare and elusive Sparkler Diamonds.
Therapy Diamonds are not eligible for discounts.
