The Harmony necklace consists of two types of optical-quality Quartz: one with a frosted finish and one that is simply clear. The Frosted Quartz represents the yin, and the Clear Quartz represents the yang of Chinese Medicine. When you wear a Harmony necklace, the two types of Quartz balance the yin and yang in your body. This brings forth many healing benefits.

Quartz draws the life force through all layers of your aura and helps it become incorporated into your body. As a result, your body’s processes find greater “harmony” and balance with each other. This allows newer, even greater healing energies to be received, so that all aspects of your life can improve.

    My Harmony necklace is an indispensable basic for my gem collection. Whenever there is an issue that for me seems diffuse or involves so many dimensions that its hard to select a specific healing angle, Harmony is uplifting. It has helped me increase everyday energy level so I feel like I have the energy to be myself and be active accordingly. It also has helped me get outdoors and breathe fresh air in a time of apathy and fatigue. Right now it is helping me regain a new balance after a huge shift for the better in my life. I also often use it aside another gem that is beneficial, but strong, to help deal with new changes coming because of the healing process.

    According to Ayurvedic healthcare practitioners, I have a body type that gets out of balance easily… Example: If I don’t eat the right foods or get enough sleep, I have tended to careen out of balance and have to spend time nursing myself back into balance. I got a Frosted Quartz necklace some years ago, but was able to wear it for only a day or so because it became uncomfortable. After I got it upgraded at GEMFormulas with Clear Quartz, I have been able to wear it indefinitely, and it’s much easier for my body to stay in balance.

    I’ve used Harmony for years to find balance and integration. I almost take it for granted. But today I experienced its power in a new way. Up here in the mountain desert I’ve started to experience a little asthma which triggers a dry cough. Because I’ve had a surgery, the repeated coughing is very uncomfortable. I’ve worked on this from many angles but today I remembered, ah Harmony for respiratory issues. I put it on about 5 hours ago and have coughed maybe once since. I look forward to incorporating this into my overall treatment to make a deeper transformation.

    One other curious thing: I was wearing Search and Rescue when I brought in the Harmony necklace. All day its symbiont gems had been rotating to the right. To me it felt as though the Yang was overactive. About ½ hour after I added Harmony, I glanced down and the Symbiant gems were dead center, where they’ve remained ever since. Harmony indeed.

Cleansing Your Gemstones Using Clearing Sprays

Therapeutic gemstones naturally accumulate unwanted energies when you wear them. These energies are what the gems help your body to release, or what they naturally pick up from their environment either during use or when stored. If your necklaces aren’t cleansed completely or often enough, unwanted energies will build up. The gemstones’ therapeutic value will be limited, and you’ll no longer feel drawn to wear them.

While opening the clasp after use disperses the bulk of unwanted energies, the gemstones still must be regularly and thoroughly cleansed to remain beneficial to the wearer. As unwanted energies collect, they can make the necklace feel heavy and you’ll no longer feel like wearing it.
