The Harmony necklace consists of two types of optical-quality Quartz: one with a frosted finish and one that is simply clear. The Frosted Quartz represents the yin, and the Clear Quartz represents the yang of Chinese Medicine. When you wear a Harmony necklace, the two types of Quartz balance the yin and yang in your body. This brings forth many healing benefits.
