Refunds & cancellations

Digital Courses & Sessions
– Introductory and Level 1 Courses: These programs carry a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase, with the exception of Level 1 bundles that include personalized coaching or 1:1 sessions.

– Private and à la Carte Group Sessions with Isabelle: These are non-refundable once the session has taken place.

– Level 2 and Above: All advanced courses are non-refundable.

– Yearly Group Remote Sessions Program: If, after the first session, you feel that the program isn’t the right fit for you, let us know within 24 hours. We will honor your path and provide a full refund.

Gemstones & Jewelry
– Therapeutic Gemstones: We offer a 30-day return policy for gemstones. To be eligible for a refund, gemstones must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original therapeutic condition.

– Restocking Fees: All returned gemstones will be evaluated for wear and energetic cleanliness. If a return requires clearing or restringing to return the gems to therapeutic condition, a restocking fee will be applied (ranging from $35 – $150, depending on the complexity of the stringing and/or clearing time required).

– TheraDiamonds™: Due to their highly specific nature, TheraDiamonds™ are non-returnable.

– Custom Settings: TheraDiamond™ ring, pendant, and earring settings are custom-made to order and are ineligible for return or exchange.

– TheraDiamonds™ are non-returnable. TheraDiamond™ rings and ring settings are custom made just for you and are unable to be returned or exchanged.

– Introductory and Level 1 courses have a 30-day return policy, with the exception of the Level 1 bundles that include coaching.
