How to Use

Color-Ray Therapy Techniques

General Use

• Spray 3 times overhead, and let the mist rain down upon you.
• Perform this 3 – 5 times daily.
  

*Always close your eyes when spraying around the face or head.
*For external use only. *Keep out of reach of children.

Technique #1:  Wakening to the Color Rays

The purpose of this technique is to awaken your blueprints to the healing color rays that should be flowing through all aspects of your being, to get to know the color rays’ unique vibrations and essences, and allow you to receive the nourishment each color provides.

Procedure:

1. Start with the Red Ray Spray, close your eyes, and spray overhead once, twice, or three times.  (You don’t want the spray to get in your eyes.)

2. Take a deep breath, and note the scent of the spray, because each color will have a different one. Also take note of how the color makes you feel.

3. Repeat with the Orange Ray Spray, then the Yellow Ray Spray, the Green Ray Spray, Blue Ray Spray, Indigo Ray Spray, and then Purple Ray Spray.

Time Guidelines:

Spend from 30 seconds to as long as 5 minutes exploring each color.

After you do this exercise a few times, you may discover that you have a preference for one color over another. This would be the color that you would use more often.

Technique #2: Easy Color-Ray Nourishing Technique for Target Areas

This technique involves a target area, which is some part of your body that you can identify. The purpose of this procedure is to provide the target area with the colors it needs at various layers of the aura that correspond to it.

Procedure:

1. Hold your hand over the target area you have chosen or touch it with your fingers.

2. With all seven color sprays in front of you, perform a test that will identify which color you need at the target area first.  You can use a muscle-test, energy test, intuitive test, or pendulum. Whichever method works for you.

3. When you have identified the needed color-ray spray, hold the bottle with the nozzle pointing toward the target area. Determine which distance you should hold the bottle away from your body, and then apply one squirt of spray.

4. Now hold the bottle with the nozzle pointing away from the target area. Determine what distance from the body you should hold the bottle. Then spray once away from the target area and into your aura.

5. Repeat Step 2. Likely the target area will identify a different color-ray spray.  Repeat Steps 3 and 4.

6. Continue to repeat Steps 2, 3, and 4 until the target area chooses the same color three times in a row.  This means the target area needs prolonged support by that color. Wear a necklace, bracelet, or earrings that contains that color ray along with White Beryl or White Quartz. This will provide the needed ongoing color-ray nourishment.

Advanced gemstone therapy students can also work with a color ray/White Beryl therapy strand on a therapy wand to clear  blockages in the target area, perform the Target Area Protocol, and/or locate the chakra involved and provide chakra spectrum evaluation and correction techniques.

Time Guidelines:

Even one or two colors applied to a target area can support a shift toward greater harmony. End the therapy when you like. Or, ideally, continue to test and correct colors until you find one that comes up three times. Then support the body with the corresponding color-ray gemstone necklace.

Technique #3:  Easy Color-Ray Nourishing Technique for Life-Issues

This technique addresses life issues, such as those that involve relationships, career, destiny, purpose, and overall health, etc.

Procedure:

1. Choose a life-issue you would like to work with. Hold one hand against the upper portion of your chest.

2. With the issue in mind, select a color-ray spray as you did in Technique #2.

3. Spray overhead once, twice, or three times, and let the spray rain down on your body. Keep your eyes closed so the spray doesn’t get in them. Take a deep breath and note how the spray makes you feel.

4. After a few seconds, or as long as 5 minutes (during which you would contemplate the issue and how the color affects it), repeat the test to find another color-ray spray. Apply it as you did in Step 3.

When the same color comes up three times, this means it requires ongoing color-ray support.  Wear the corresponding color-ray necklace, bracelet, or earrings.

Time Guidelines:

For best results, take a minute or two between each color-ray spray application to feel the effects of the applied color on the energies surrounding the issue. Think about the properties of the color and how it might influence the issue or suggest a step to take toward its resolution.
