My ability to dream and envision what I wanted for the future was completely gone after a long term chronic stress situation where I lost hope and had very serious ptsd. I was also chronically agitated and uneasy wondering which crazy problem was right around the corner since that was my reality for many years. I sleep with this mandala on a crystal cluster. First I just slept better and deeper. Then I felt more in touch with how it felt to get ideas of what I want to do before the ptsd. I also use it to honor the existence of my intuitive body. It seems like in popular belief systems, lots of abilities are attributed to the mental body that actually are starting at the intuitve body. I dont feel so annoyed or pressured by these beliefs when I use Dream On and honor my intuitive body for its inherent purpose.

I am currently in the process of buying my medicine drum and I found the «right» builder a few days ago. Then I dreamt about a drum with ocean energy.
