If I feel restless or that I have a lot on my mind I place the Tranquility wand on the crystal cluster on my nightstand. It helps settle my mind and body for a more restful sleep.

Working with this mandala restored the organic nature of the mind. We seem to have a very mechanical-logical view or way to use the mind in our modern culture, but the mind is originally just as organic as the rest of nature. This design also helped with mental depletion and feeling a bit down because of exhaustion.
